TERMS OF SALE FOR ALL ANIMALS
Full payment is required before shipment. We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal. All checks must clear prior to shipment.
I guarantee your animal to healthy, feeding, and sexed properly at time of sale (unless disclosed prior to sale).
I guarantee all animals sold as 100% hets to be true (unless disclosed prior to sale).
I will happily disclose eating, environment, and temperament habits if asked (unless already available on iHerp)
Upon receipt of the animal, either by pick-up or shipment, you have 24 hours to contact me with any problems regarding the animal.
This is a very small, family-run business and we will do what we can to make amends if any problem arises regarding genetics, sex, etc of your purchased animal.
PAYMENT PLANS: I do accept payment plans on specific animals. If you're interested, please ask and I may be willing to work with you. I require a deposit up front, and then the remainder of payment within an agreed upon time frame of 30-90 days.
I do prefer at least once personal reference either via e-mail or verification on Fauna Classified's Board of Inquiry before I will consider trades or payment plans. Thanks for understanding, it's safer for both parties that way!
TERMS OF SHIPMENT FOR ALL ANIMALS
I ship ONLY on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, with live arrival guarantee*. Hot/Cold packs and professional packaging will be used.
I ship via FedEx, UPS, or www.shipyourreptiles.com. I can provide a quote if needed.
We are located in Florida where the summertime temperatures can reach well over 100 degrees. We follow the following shipment scale and package accordingly based on destination. If you choose shipment outside of these temperature ranges, the live arrival guarantee is void and you accept risk of loss due to environmental factors beyond our control.
The live arrival guarantee is also voided if you are not home to receive your animal on the decided delivery date and the animal dies on your doorstep due to neglect. We monitor all shipments and delivery times very closely.
Below 45°F: We do NOT ship.
45-70°F: We will ship with heat packs.
70-88°F: We will ship WITHOUT heat packs.
Over 88°F: We do NOT ship.
